  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Data entry and report development required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Analytical and excellent attention to detail
  • Possess strong organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and the ability to establish effective working relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This position is responsible for assisting in the completion and distribution of hospital organ and tissue dashboards, as well as help design and create various data reports and presentations for the organization.  This position will also obtain and maintain hospital electric medical record access for MSTF staff, maintain credentialing documentation for organ recovery surgeons and assist with various administrative support tasks for the organization. 


  • Assist Data/IS Manager in validation of various data reports for the organization
  • Generate and distribute monthly hospital organ and tissue donation dashboards
  • Receive, file and upload all hospital donation development plans, policies, agreements, organ and tissue dashboards and other various hospital information into electronic database.  
  • Develop processes to ensure proper organization of all hospital documents in the electronic database 
  • Assist with completion of hospital donation development plans as needed*
  • Design and complete various data reports for the organization
  • Assist with completion of department dashboards*
  • Assist in completion of powerpoint presentations for the Advisory and Governing Boards and other departments as requested*
  • Manage access of hospital electronic medical records and set up appropriate training for MSTF staff
  • Manage access of hospital badges for MSTF staff
  • Maintain hospital privileges for Medical Director and Assistant Medical Director as deemed necessary for the performance of their duties
  • Maintain up-to-date credentialing paperwork for all organ recovery surgeons and assist with obtaining credentialing paperwork for new recovery surgeons
  • Assist in sending and obtaining annual training paperwork for Advisory and Governing Board members*
  • Perform death record reviews (DRR) to identify organ donor potential in MSTF service area hospitals and submit appropriate DDR forms in timely manner
  • Assist with internal audits for the organization
  • Prepare hospital bills for submission to third party auditor*
  • Assist with asset audit on an annual basis
  • Assist Office Assistant with answering phones and taking messages or field/answer all routine and non-routine questions*
  • Assist with material managements for clinical department, as needed*
