Jennifer McNary-McIlvain

Jennifer McNary-McIlvain | Director of Quality and Compliance

Jennifer McNary-McIlvain, BS, MBA, DBA, is responsible for the development and implementation of an organization-wide quality management program to ensure Mid-South Transplant Foundation’s (MSTF) compliance with internal policies and procedures and all regulatory, accreditation, and legislative standards. She also ensures the optimal distribution and use of information systems resources. The overall program includes performance measures, risk management and corporate compliance programs, variance reporting and quality improvement systems. She serves in the capacities of Risk Manager, Corporate Compliance Officer and Safety Manager. In her role, she ensures the organization’s adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards and provides annual training for all employees. McNary-Mcllvain joined MSTF in 2009 as Manager of Quality Services and was promoted in 2016 to Director, Quality Systems and Compliance.

Prior to joining MSTF she served as the Executive Director of the Exceptional Foundation of West Tennessee and Senior Director of Collections for the Mid-South Regional Blood Center – Lifeblood. She also held quality positions at Porter-Leath Children’s Center and Youth Villages, Inc. A graduate of Lambuth University, McNary-McIlvain received her Master of Business Administration from Union University and her Doctorate of Business Administration from Capella University in Memphis. She is an active member of the National Quality Improvement Council with the Association of Organ Procurement Organizations (AOPO).
